If you’ve been following my work for a while, you’ll know I’m passionate about helping parents support their child’s communication — without turning life upside down or waiting months for appointments.
Today, I’m excited to finally offer a new way to work together — one that’s clear, simple, and gets right to the heart of what actually helps.
What is it?
Connection Kickstart™ is a parent-focused coaching program based on the 7 strategies I outline in my book A Parent’s Guide to Early Communication. Each session gives you practical tools you can start using straight away — no long lectures, no overwhelming tasks, just small, purposeful shifts that make a real difference.
This isn’t speech therapy. There’s no diagnosis, no reports — and no pressure. It’s a strengths-based, supportive approach designed for parents who want to do something now. It’s also completely tailored to you and your child.
How does it work?
You begin with just one coaching session. That’s it.
You’ll leave with specific ideas to try at home — things that fit into your everyday routines and take just a few minutes a day.
From there, if it feels helpful, you can choose to continue with the rest of the 7-strategy series.
Some families continue. Others don’t. It’s entirely up to you.
Who is it for?
Parents or caregivers of young children (typically around ages 2–4) who want:
- A clear place to start
- Real tools, not just theories
- A supportive space focused on what’s going right
- Guidance from someone who understands both communication and parent overwhelm
If you’re nodding along, this might be the next step you’ve been looking for.
What past parents have said
“I felt like I finally had something to do that made sense.”
“I saw more connection with my child in the first few weeks than I had in months.”
“It gave me the confidence to try things — and they actually worked and my child started trying to talk more and said his first word the other day!”
