Paperback copies can be ordered by clicking -> Amazon.de , from the German Amazon site. Change the language on the site to English so you can easily order your paperback copy.
Unfortunately for some reason Amazon.co.uk is not making the paperback available to Ireland. BUT I’m currently looking into alternatives that will be easier than ordering from Germany, so stay tuned and come back to check soon.
