Welcome to Session 2! Please find below some documents to download. Carolyn will let you know the password. These documents are also in the Google Drive.
During Session 2 we will be talking about how to keep the interaction going.
You will fill in some of these documents during Session 2, and you will fill some in at home afterwards. It is advised that you to print out your completed home plan to keep it handy during the week when you are trying out your plan.
If you have any trouble with any of the forms, please get in touch with Carolyn.
In all cases, please share your completed forms with Carolyn via email by the deadlines below, so that she can offer support during follow up sessions and especially during your video sessions. If you have to print them out, you can take a photo or scan then and return by email / WhatsApp / Text.

Week 2 Home Plan
Please download your Home Plan template. You will need to fill out this form during or straight after Session 2 (Carolyn can help you do this), and then you will try out the plan at home during the week, every day if you can. The more repetition, the better! Little and often is best. Please return your completed Home Plan by 5pm the day after Session 2.
Please download this Feedback Form. After Session 2, please complete and return to Carolyn via email by 5pm the next day, to help tailor the programme to your needs, and improve future programmes.
Week 2 Report Back
Please download your Report Back form. Once you have tried out your home plan, please fill in the Report Back form and return it to Carolyn via email by Monday. You should receive a reminder.
Don’t forget to book your Individual Video Feedback session as soon as possible for a time that suits you! You can find the link in the information Carolyn has sent you. Weekend and evening times are limited.
